By batch traceability and extensive checks of all motors even before leaving production we can ensure that potentially faulty devices will be identified and sorted out.
Even though our system is completely maintenance-free and all motors are extensively tested before leaving production, smaller errors and defects unfortunately cannot be entirely ruled out. That is why an interface for quick diagnosis and subsequent removal of a possible error is integrated into our system.

Because our service center is located in Wermelskirchen near Cologne we can offer short response times outside Switzerland as well. For specialist retailers, this service location ensures direct handling of service cases or ordering spare parts. Here, we keep an ample amount of replacement systems and spare parts available at all times. They can be ordered directly if required. Our service center is supplied from Switzerland on a weekly basis to make sure we always have replacement systems and spare parts in sufficient quantities in stock.
